name: The name you want to give the payment gateway (eg PayPal, Citibank)
text: This is the text that customers see when they view the payment methods. If the gateway is a bank, you can list here the account number, etc.
It may include variables that will show the fees and amounts payable (see below). You can also include images (eg logo of the Bank).
active: Set here if the gateway is visible or not for your customers.
currency in which it applies: Select the currency which applies the gateway.
This is the currency of the clients. Eg. if you are working with USD as the base currency and EUR as second currency, if you choose USD here, the gateway will be visible only for customers whose currency is USD. If you want a visible gateway to more than one currency you must enter as many gateways the same (same name) as currencies have.
In the previous case, if it is the gateway of Citibank for example, enter a gateway called Citibank, specify TEXT in dollars bank account and select USD currency. Re-enter another gateway called Citibank, specify TEXT in the bank account in EURO currency and select EUROS. In this way, customers will see the data in dollars from your bank account in dollars, and clients will see the data in euros of your bank account in euros.
minimum amount: Enter the minimum amount (balance of the client) so that the gateway is visible to that client. Note that the amount should be in the same currency in which the gateway applies (previous option).
Example: if you enter 3 and the currency was USD, this gateway will not be visible to all customers whose balances are less than $ 3.
online payment: Check this box if the payment gateway is operated by online payment (eg PayPal).
Uncheck this box if the payment gateway is a bank or other offline payment method.
rate fee: Write the percentage rate charged the payment gateway per transaction, if you want the customer to pay that amount.
flat fee: Write the fixed amount it charges the payment gateway per transaction, if you want the customer to pay that amount.
How it works rate and flat rate? In the payment options, INVOPANEL takes the customer's current balance, add the percentage rate specified in the result and adds the amount of the flat rate.
Example 1: Your bank charges $ 1 for every deposit made to your account. Then, enter 1 FLAT RATE. If a customer has $ 20 in payment instructions appear to be paid USD 21 (USD 20 + 1). Logically, when you pass the payment to the client, you must do for $ 20.
Example 2: Your bank charges $ 1 + 3% for each deposit made to your account. Then, input 3 RATE, FLAT RATE and enter 1. If a customer has $ 20 in payment instructions appear to be paying USD 21.60 (U.S. $ 20 + 0.60 + 1). Logically, when you pass the payment to the client, you must do for $ 20.

For example, PayPal's URL is: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr
