package: Enter the package name as it appears in the control panel. If cPanel, do NOT include the user neither the dash (_).
label: If the package name is not the most suitable for display in the shopping cart, type a label here, and will be shown in the shopping cart.
alias: It is another way of referring to the package from the file order.php. You can enter any number or text.
monthly price: Is the monthly charge for the product. Must be entered on the base currency as indicated on the left. If a domain, divide the annual price between 12 and enter the result to 6 decimal places at least.
setup fee: Enter the setup fee if applicable.
NOTE: If the entered amount is negative, the system takes it as a discount for the first payment.
change also in existing active products: Check this box if you want to change the prices on existing products.
If you do not check the box, the change in price (if applicable) shall apply only to new sales.
minimum period: Select the minimum period during which the product will be sold. For example, if you choose six months, the product will be sold in a semester, year and above, but not on a monthly or quarterly.
apply discount: Check here if you want to apply the discount specified in periods. For example, if in the annual period you wrote a discount of 20%, and this is checked, every time you sell this product on an annual basis will this discount. If this box is unchecked, the discounts specified in PERIODS be ignored.
my cost: If this product has a direct cost to you, write it here.
description: A description for this product (will be displayed in the shopping cart).
for sale: If checked, the product may be purchased from the customer's account, and from their website (link to order.php).
generate residual balances: If checked, when remove a product, the system calculates the amount to be returned to the client for time not used. On the contrary, if the product is debt, it is maintained.
steps in the creation of products:
- skip payment: If checked, the system does not require the customer to pay for this product before creating it in the control panel.
- skip creation of the product: If checked, the system does not create the product in the control panel.
- skip send data: If checked, the system does not send the data access of the product.
group: You can set the groups in Config > Packages > Package Groups
servers where the product can be created: Select the server where this product will be created when customers buy it.
Use Ctrl to select multiple servers.
If you select PENDING the product will be pending for manual activation.
registrar where the domain can be registered: Select the registrar where the domain is registered when customers buy it.
If you select PENDING the product will be pending for manual activation.
TLDs: Enter the TLDs that will register with this product.

welcome message: When you complete the purchase process, the system can send to the client a welcome message with the configuration data.
You can select a message for each language available in the system.
The messages are set in Config > Texts.
priority for tickets: If you select a priority to support tickets, each time a customer opens a ticket for this product, the ticket will be created with the selected priority in the product.
If you do not select a priority, the client may set the priority when you open a ticket.
This is useful to create support priorities in accordance with the plan of hosting
Basic Plan -> low priority
Intermediate Plan -> medium priority
Advanced Plan -> high priority
regular expression: If you are a programmer, you can enter here a regular expression to control what the customer can enter in the DOMAIN field.
